BIC was set-up in 2002 and, to date, we have successfully enabled our clients to streamline and optimise their Manufacturing and Maintenance functions, in both Multi-National organisations and Small Manufacturing Enterprises (SME's), World-Wide.

1 - Implementers - We are not a strategy house, training organisation or theorists. We pride ourselves in being  hands on Operational Improvement specialists. Ninety five percent of our assignments are therefore implementation based.

2 - ROI - The majority of our clients see a return on their investment (the consultancy and internal project costs) within the life cycle of the program. These benefits materialise year on year

3 - Partnership - We are a strong believer in the concept of working closely with our clients throughout the life cycle of the program. Our consultants, therefore, always work as an integral member of the client's implementation team

4 - Sustainability - Implementing change is always easier than sustaining it. Many consultancies fail to put in place the necessary steps required to ensure the program's sustainability after their departure. It is very tempting to flood the project with relatively inexperienced consultants and then try to complete the assignment in the shortest possible time frame. We, at BIC, do not believe in quick fixes. Our goal is to lay the necessary fundamental building blocks/foundations and to equip a critical mass of the client's people with the required skill sets, thereby enabling them to successfully initiate, implement and drive through the necessary improvements in a sustainable manner.
